HELP AP website won't work??

when I go to log in it won't let me got to the passholder website. It tells me to add a ticket which I try to do and then I get this message

This Pass already exists in your Profile. Please try again

This happened to me too just the other day. I called the web site technical support number (407) 939-7765 and they fixed it.
 
how did they fix it???

They ended up deleting my online account and recreating it. They said my confimation numbers for any reservations I have may need to be entered again, but everything was there and I didn't have to re-enter anything. She did assure me it would not cancel any reservations, they would just not show up in my profile. It only took about 15 minutes. Everything is working great now.
 

I had that problem once, and just went in and deleted all the passes in my profile, and added the pass back in as if it was a new one. It worked fine after that.
