So i am online right now and i am trying to retrieve my reservation and it says that it is unable to find it. I double checked my confirmation number. It isnt even showing up under the My Vacations section with the confirmation number!! Any suggestions????

did you call and change to the 4/3? I did but have my email confirmation. is your sister able to get in? maybe its the whole system...im super frustrated right now :scared1: lol this is not a ways to start a day let alone a week!:surfweb:

I did call and switch. My sister got the 5/2 and I tried my mom's reservation number too. It has my trip in there and it says it's time to reserve my dining, but it won't let me go past the 3rd.

That is so weird! I just dont understand. Hopefully since we cant make them no one can so we dont have to worry too much. All im worried about is O'hanas on the 4th and Cali Grill on the 5th! The others can hopefully fall into place. I just dont understand why I am not able to retrieve my vacation reservation. Are you getting the same error number?

Yep. It has that number at the top in red. Someone on TGM was able to book 90+11 the other day but someone else wasn't able to do past 90 at all (probably not on the same day). I'll try online again at 6 but otherwise I'll call. Calling seems more complicated. Oh well.

Good luck!

in My Vacations i get this error
My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

and for dining:

Good luck to you too! The reservation center opens at 6 right?:surfweb:

Hi, I had this problem last night, I think the system wants a dining reservation# not a room/package #. Don't worry too much, when I called I got everything I wanted with options for times in most cases. Good luck.:wizard:

I get that error with all 4 of my 2010 reservations, but have no problem with any of my 2009 reservations (Oct/Dec). I'm starting to think that there's a glitch with the 2010 entries. I have to make my January 2010 ADRs next week and it looks like it's going to be a problem.

The system wants a room package reservation number to book 90 + 10, not a dining reservation number. It must verify that you are staying onsite before you can book +10. It does seem that it's having trouble accepting any new 2010 reservation numbers and you might have to call when the phone lines open to book anything past your first day.

I hate hearing that its not been fixed yet!!

Well, since we at the Dis have figured out its a 2010 problem, how long will it take Disney's Tech department? Didnt someone post the Tech number (its listed on the Disney Dining Page) I have to work today, and cant access the internet!!

Lets see if Disney will hear our pain!!

I really HATE that error code!!

I've gotten the same error 3 days running!
So frustrating--we check in on 1/1 with DVC and the system will not recognize our ressie. Unfortunately I can't call for ressies but I do have access to internet and was hoping the on-line system have all the kinks out of it before it was time to book for our Jan trip. I used the system for sept. and it lost ressies and was a nitemare--I couldn't get our ressie to come up half the time. One would think they would have fixed all the bugs before making another policy change!!

I'm betting it's not a policy change - I think they have neglected to adjust the online system to recognize reservations that have a check-in date in 2010.

That is so weird! I just dont understand. Hopefully since we cant make them no one can so we dont have to worry too much.

Don't hold your breath ... I just got off the phone with Disney Dining since I was unable also to make my ADRs online. I couldn't get Chefs de France for Jan. 4, and couldn't get lunch at 50s Prime Time at all for January 6. Who would think this (supposedly slower) week would be so popular?

I got the same error last weekend for my Christmas Day check-in so I am not sure that it is a 2010 vs 2009 thing. I had called the day before and was told by tech support that there was no reason for it not to be accepting my resort ID. What? If there is no reason, why isn't it accepting it then? Ugh. I ended up calling last Sat at 7am and got everything I wanted. As each day reaches the 90 day mark, I have been able to make a few changes. Good luck to all!

I called and reported the problem early this morning. The lady I talked to said that this was supposed to be fixed last week. She sent my info on to whoever fixes these messes. I gave her my info and my mom's and told her that other people were having issues too. She thought it had something to do with the 4/3 package.

She told me that I won't hear back when it's been fixed. I'll just have to keep checking. She had no timeframe to give me at all. Hours? Days? Weeks? Who knows. I got most of what I wanted over the phone but some things were already booked or not open yet, so I'd like to keep checking online.

I am checking online each day as well to tweak a few things if I can. You can do it as each day hits the 90 day mark without having to enter the resort ID to get the plus 10. It's frustrating that the system doesn't work the way it should. It is really cool to be able to seach & check things online. It's made me realize that what I thought I wanted last Saturday wasn't really what I wanted at all! I've already changed 4 or 5 ADRs (I definitely cancelled the ones I no longer wanted).

We got the same error message this morning. I was so frustrated at 2:00 am (our time), but it worked out because when I called at 7 and got everything we wanted. Still, I wanted to report it may not be a 4/3 problem. We are staying at BWV with DVC points, so we have no package booked, just the room. Our reservation wouldn't pull up either. Problems, problems, problems. :sad2:

Ugh it seems like a lot of people are having this problem. I hope it gets fixed by October 10th although I doubt it. I will try it then but if not I guess I have to call. I think that if they are going to have an online system they should have someone checking it often for errors.
