So tomorrow is my ADR day! There are only 2 places that I have chosen for sure to eat at. Which are CRT (b-fast) and Crystal Palace.

We have the DxDP and will be in Disney from 9/9-9/16.

Please give me some of your favorite places to eat at. A little background about my family- It's me, DH, DD (5) and DS (20mths). My kids are pretty picky. I am the one who likes to try new things, as long as it's not too off the wall (like escargo (sp?) and clams and mussels, etc..):rotfl2:.

We have eaten at Mama Melroses (pretty good), 50's primetime (pretty good), Tony's (yuck), Boma (love breakfast, not a huge fan of dinner), CP (b-fast), Earl of Sandwich (OMG, LOVE LOVE LOVE), CRT(dinner-not a fan, which is why we're trying b-fast this time)- my DD req'd this again, much to my dismay of not wanting to waste 2 TS credits, we are b/c this trip is hers.

So, I need some ideas..point in the direction of good food, kid friendly and buffets (worth it) restaurants.

TIA!

Trail's End is a great dinner buffet for picky eaters. Typical American fare, chicken, mac and cheese, etc. It's at FW campground.

My ADR day is tommorrow, too! We're on the regular dining plan. My husband and I are taking our four year old daughter. My cousin is also going with us.
I've never been to Disney World before, but I can tell you what our reservations will be. My biggest regret is not trying Le Cellier after reading all the good reviews here.

Breakfast at Akershus
Lunch at Crystal Palace
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Lunch at Coral Reef
Dinner at The Grand Floridian Cafe
Lunch at 50s Prime Time

What about 1900 Park Fare for Dinner. it's Buffet with lots of choices. Even has a kids own buffet with mac & cheese and stuff. Plus you get Cinderella, The Prince, The Step Mother and Stepsisters. Another Fun Choice is Whispering Canyon Cafe.

my day is tomorrow and i think i've got my ADRs all figured out. of course HDDR is the the swinger because no one knows 100% if it will be open or not in september

We loved 1900 Park Fare and it would be perfect for your daughter. I also like the brown derby at HS. When we stayed near the Boardwalk, I thought Kousinna was great as well as Yachtsman Steakhouse. I think the clam bake at the cape may cafe is a very good deal but I am not sure that this is good if you don't want shellfish at all.

We like the following restaurants:

Magic Kingdom -

Cinderella's Royal Table

Crystal Palace for breakfast or lunch

Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch - one of my favorite desserts in Disney is the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake!

Tony's for lunch or dinner - I know you said you didn't like it, but we had a surprisingly really good dinner there last year - to the point that we chose it for our upcoming trip over dinner at Kona Cafe

EPCOT -

Garden Grill - great character interaction! Plus, the restaurant slowly rotates through the "Living with the Land" ride which is pretty neat. The food is good too!

Coral Reef at lunch - although, our lunch last year wasn't as good as previous years; still, our kids think eating next to the aquarium is cool

Le Cellier at lunch

There are so many good World Showcase restaurants from which to choose - if I were you, I definitely plan on making at an ADR at one of them! Chefs de France gets good reviews & has some "basic" things on their menu as does Rose & Crown.

Or, would your DD be interested in another princess meal at Akershus?

Disney Studios -

Our kids LOVE Sci-Fi!

We also like Mama Melrose's okay.

Animal Kingdom -

We like Yak & Yeti - reminds me a little of PF Changs.

Downtown Disney -

Our kids like T-Rex; this year, they've asked to try Rainforest Cafe

Resorts -

Boma for dinner at the Animal Kingdom Lodge

California Grill for dinner at the Contemporary - although it's 2 TS credits, it's probably my favorite restaurant at WDW

Chef Mickeys for breakfast at the Contemporary

Kona Cafe at the Poly

'Ohana for dinner at the Poly

Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge

I'd also like to try the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare & Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian. Cape May Clambake at the Beach Club also gets good reviews.

Hope this helps some!!

We really love
Tusker House - breakfast
Cape May -dinner
Le Cellier - dinner
'Ohana - breakfast and dinner
Wolfgang Puck Express - dinner
