Help!!! 9/28-10/6 or Mid October

I've got ressie at Poly for 10/11 - 10/18 but now am very concerned about crowds because of Columbus Day. Apparently many Florida Schools have a Fall Break of a week off on or around that time. Husband hate's crowds.

How will crowds be that last week of September into October? Weather? Need to decide ASAP!!!

This will be our first and long awaited trip so we want it to be as perfect as possible.

I would try to change, because the weather won't be much hotter, the crowds will be less, and by checking in on 9/28 you will be in value season so you will get a cheaper rate at the Poly. Plus, if you're there until 10/6, you still won't miss MNSSHP and the Food & Wine festival.
