HELP. 4yo w/motion sickness/vomiting BEFORE we get on ship

Many children have paradoxical reactions to antihistamines (the class of med found in over the counter adult motion sickness meds). That's why it's important to find the CHILDRENs packaging. Adults get drowsy,any kids get hyper. If you can't find it in your local pharmacy, shop online or ask your pediatrician/nurse for options.

I'm hoping that the lack of updates means the little guy was okay to cruise and they are having a great time!

My youngest DD not only gets plane sick, she gets car sick too. We were driving in a limo on the way to port and we had to pull over so she could throw up in a plastic bag. I gave her a Bonine right after that and she was fine by the time we got to port. I had to make sure she had Bonine throught the cruise and even for a few days after we got off the cruise. Hopefully this too will pass for your little one. Just try to medicate ASAP.
