I know I can make special order requests at sit down restaurants, but what about gluten free food at quick service/ counter service places? I'm not sure what to expect. My diet severely changed since we were last there. I can't have black pepper either which is in more stuff than you'd think. I'm wondering if I'm going to need to shove quinoa in my pockets and hope I don't get mauled by a bird. Im so nervous! Any tips or info would be appreciated. Thank you!
