Help 1 day at WDW in JUly what day!!

I have 1 day left from prior Hopper Pass. Will be in Orlando Mid-July from Thursday to Wednesday. We would like to start the day early at M.G.M and finish at Epcot to hit the rides we missed last time. Any suggestions with the assumption that the weather will be perfect

Are you staying onsite? Thursday night should be p.m. EMH at Epcot...

We're staying at Universal. Will take a cab over and back. We are more interested in hitting the rides we missed at MGM. Eat dinner at EPCOT and see Illuminations again. Thats the plan for now. Subject to change of course.
