I'm really entertained by this show. I dunno...it just seems like one of the better reality shows out there to me.

And Gordon cracks me up...I actually love his foul mouth.

Yep, that was my favorite part, too. I really am enjoying this show.

speaking of...was the blonde that went up to complain the same from the prior week? (the one he told the maitre de' to escort back to plastic surgery? hehehe)

I'm sure this is all staged and whatnot...but they should at least use different customers?

I hadn't noticed a blonde each week, but I missed bits and pieces in between kids baths. Something tells me that there is a great deal of staging (and "playing for the camera") going on, but it's still entertaining.

There's no way that he's really that much of a dick in real life -- is there? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Actually, one of those tabloid TV shows (like ET, don't remmeber which one) did a story abt him. They said he actually *held back* for the show. He's much worse in real life. But, apparently, people are lining up to work for free for him... :confused3

I watched the 1st, fell asleep for abt 1/2 of the 2nd. I think he should have fired Dooley (or whatever his name was) instead of CarolAnn 1st. I think she would have been calmer & done a better job.

Worse? :earseek: :earseek: :rotfl2:

Dewberry got the axe last night -- it was inevitable.

Ok, here's the most important question from the show ........... Did I miss something? Is his name really 'Dewberry'???? That's his actual name - :confused3 ? Who the heck names any child 'Dewberry' (let alone a boy child!) :confused3

I read somewhere that his name is Jeff Dewberry, but he goes by Dewberry. He looks like a Dewberry though.

Gordon Ramsey is my new TV boyfriend. I love him. Love the filthy mouth and all the yelling.

The only thing I don't like is the so obviously planted "customers". It's SO painfully staged.

I believe that is his last name. I remember them also calling him something else as his 1st.

::yes::

Last night they were calling him "Dewey"...and I was like NOOO!!!! (That's my last name. heheheh)

My guess is all the customers are actors. That doesn't necessarily mean what happens isn't real but I'm sure a good bit of it is embellished (sp?).

I like the show.

Thanks for clarifying everybody.....although I still wouldn't let people call me "Dewberry" :rotfl2: !!

I think this show is hilarious and entertaining. Just my .02 but I think it's mostly staged but at this point I don't care.

In real life, I would never let anyone treat that way for any money in the world. I just couldn't stand it.

Yeah, I em enjoying it, too. How 'bout when that idiot was arguing with the maitre'd about his education! What an a**. And then he actually pushed him. Wonder if that was staged, too?

and his education was in Music?

not to belittle anyone with a "music education"...but how does that qualify him to determine how fast a meal should be served? heheeh

I hate this show! It's appalling to showcase this kind of behavior! :scared1: And yet....I've watched both episodes!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I can't help myself! Who in their right mind would put up with that kind of crap? :earseek: I have to admit - it's very entertaining but I also think it's a new low in television. Will I keep watching? You bet! :rolleyes1
