we had a situation a few month's back.there was a guy going around to these different coffee carts and ordering coffee and paying for it, the girl would come back with his beverage and he would have his pants down and exposing himself to her. Then he would take off on foot. It took forever to catch this guy. I don't understand why this guy was so hard to catch. Because they had a detailed description of the guy, his picture was posted at all the coffee shops. Don't you think one of thoses girls at some point would recognize him and call the cops. No, they would just give him his coffee and he would show them his junk. What i was thinking I would do was just act real cool, like i'm getting his coffee, i would get two cups full, hand him his, wait for the exposure to happen and throw the scalding hot coffee on his exposed parts. Bet it would stop him, wouldn't it?
