My DD(15) had to read "Of Mice and Men" this semester in 9th grade and she is not in a honors class.

That would be cool. Did you know that Peter Jackson is starting to film "The Hobbit" next month?

I hope he does it justice. That is one of my all time favorite books.

I love all books. I love Tamora Pierce for her strong characters, I am reading "Dead Witch Walking" right now. I read almost everything, except Twilight.

I hope he does it justice. That is one of my all time favorite books.

He is the same director that did the "Lord of the Rings" which I thought he did a great job. I read all four books at least 3 times back in high school. If you liked the three Lord of the Rings movies, there is a good chance that the The Hobbit will be decent, too. He is suppose to be a brilliant director from what I hear.

I am reading a really good series right now by Kristen Britain called "The Green Rider."

Its sort of a historical fantasy novel. I am loving it so far!

DD15 used to Limited Too. Then it was Abercrombie/Hollister. Now it's Forever 21/TJ Maxx/and this one used clothing store in San Jo, Crossroads I think? They sell designer jeans (used) for $20-50. Which is cheap considering Nordstrom etc. sell those jeans for 150-200.
