hello Uk disers, some advice please

Hello friends, I am having a heck of a time finding a reasonable flight from London to Orlando for July 23rd. I only need a one-way ticket and the prices are astronomical imho. I have searched BA and virgin, american airlines, not sure what else to look at. It's coming in at about 500 quid. This is the same price as a return, and in some cases, a whole package holiday!

Any ideas, charter companies that I might not be aware of?

Sadly I think the prces you're finding are a god deal.

You're looking in the school holidays to fly to the most popular fimaly destination, and the flight prices have gone up loads this year.

Sorry, just choose the cheapest and book ASAP as they wont get cheaper.

(If you haven't checked KLM and Aer Lingus then do, as they can be a bit cheaper, but don't hold your breath!)

Well I have never been fortunate enough to have had a quote for a package holiday at £500.... but the flight prices you have for July are looking pretty good IMO. A one way ticket is usually more or less the same price as a return.

Start of school hols not a great time to fly, this year harder than ever to find good prices.
Depends how flexible you are and how much you need to save money. Found flight going the day before (22nd) on Skyscanner.net but it a 26 hour 2 change journey £339.78
Take that away and you are leaft with about £460+ on the 22nd and £500+ on the 23rd.
Prices change all the time if you can't afford that just keep checking.

yowza! Looks like it's going to be the same price to get a return from Canada to the Uk then fly to Florida the next day. Somewhat inconvenient but it still works. Not sure what I will do.
