Both really.
THere are alot who live in the bush in bush towns and there are allot who live in the cities in government housing
The problem is that the ones in the bush have huge alcohol problems and the younger ones (Kids and teens) have a petrol sniffing problem that the givernment have tried to stop or at least curb... its really scary.
In the cities they have drug problems which escalate to violence.
There is an area in Redfern (A suburb one away from Sydney) that is filled with Community housing and one street is called "The Block" and filled with Aboriginals. The police refuse to go in to that area as they are threatened with violence and each house is filled with like 20 people all drugged and alcohol addictioned up and ready to fight
Its very very sad to see all this happen.
Dont get me wrong there is a small percentage that are Aboriginal people who respect their culture and also respect westernisation and have jobs and such but most just take the government handouts and drink and drug on

very horrible and very sad
