Hello too!!

Aw man! I wish Heroes hadn't fallen into that trap. It started off so well and could have been outstanding for years to come. But c'est la vie.

I loved the first season. It was so good. But then after the writers strike, it kind of went down hill. As did a lot of shows, unfortunately. Stupid strike!

It sure did. Even now the seasons for most shows seem to be out of whack. There will be a 4 or 5 week break, which is normal, but then they will come back with one or two episodes, then have another short break. There aren't nearly as many episodes in a season as there used to be. It's really annoying when you're waiting for your show to come on only to find out it's a rerun. :sad2:

I noticed the wonky schedule changes as well and I'm getting tired of so many hiatuses on every show I watch. Thankfully Supernatural is back on tomorrow night. Ugh. I have been without all year! And the same with Glee. Their stupid schedule makes me want to scream there are so many hiatuses. Yet I love the show too much.

I know what you mean. I still watch the shows despite the hiatuses. Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother and Grey's have all been really annoying with them this year. I don't get why they have to do that. Give one big break if you absolutely need to, then play new episodes the rest of the season. The randomness is just annoying. Now we're guessing if we're gonna get new or old every week,

Not only that but it really keeps our interest up. I forget when they come back on with all of the hiatuses and random off weeks. My preference? Just o straight through a season for a change with weeks off for Holidays. Everything else is too much of a hassle and a nuissance.

Wouldn't that be so nice? I don't know why they need such big breaks. They get paid so much money, they should be working year round, lol. The Friends actors were making like $1.2 million per episode. That's like $25 million a year!

:rotfl: Let's not get into their salaries! I will never understand how much actors and certain athletes, etc. make. It's mind boggling, it is.

Yep. It's crazy. Jerome Iginla from the Flames makes like $12 million a season. And that's after the big strike.

And Hockey is on the low end of the pay scale for athletes! It's insane. INSANE, I tell you.

Very insane! Have you ever watched MTV Cribs? It's the athletes that usually have the huge fancy houses. Them and the rappers. Which I really don't get where they get the money. Who listens to them? Lol

:rotfl: I do, occasionally. If it's a 'song' I like. But I totally remember that show. Do they still do it? I have no idea. I just don't get why anyone would want to watch people flaunting things they don't acually need like that.

I like Eminem most times, and once in a while there's the odd song I don't mind.

Yep, it's still on. I watch it sometimes. I like seeing the houses that are out there. I don't necessarily think the people that have them deserve them, but I like house shows. Not sure if it's aired in the States, but I watch a show called "property virgins" about people picking out their first house. I love it, just cause I love seeing the houses they go through.

Hi guys!!

I am back, my boyfriend Peanut just left.:sad1:

Not bad, we're just getting our frustrations about current tv situations off our chests, lol. In other words, we're b***hing about tv, lol.

How are you? How was dinner?
