Hello!!! Newbie here - looking for help with ADRs

Hello everybody. I am totally new to these boards and will be going to Disney for the first time between 9/3 and 9/7. We will be reaching by about 12pm on 9/3 and heading over to AK first for the ~ 5 hrs

Here are my ADRs as of now

9/3 : Dinner - Maya Grill - Coronado springs
9/4 : Lunch - Akershus Royal Banquet Hall - Epcot
9/5 : Dinner - Hollywood & Vine Restaurant - Hollywood Studios - couldn't get the Fantasmic reservation :-(
9/6: Breakfast- Crystal Palace - MK

Any suggestions on improving this? There is one vegetarian in the family, so would prefer vegetarian-friendly restaurants.

As your first night is at a resort I thought about 'Ohana at the Poly resort.
It is awesome to eat at.

I looked the online reservations & on 9/3 at 9:45 p.m. you can get a resevation for 2 or for 4.

We can't imagine a trip to Disney w/o eating there.

Crystal Palace is fun & good too!

thanks so much for the info.. so, how can I do the Ohana if I am staying at the coronado springs? Do I have to take a shuttle to Ohana and back? (so sorry for asking a very newbie question!)

To get to a resort from a resort you have to either go to a park & then take the bus to the other resort.
Or...you can go to Downtown Disney & catch a bus from there to another resort.

If you go from your resort to Magic you can catch the monorail to the Poly. which is what we do. Then we go by monorail back to Magic & take our resort bus back from there.

Lots of folks get a taxi which is faster.
