Where is a decent place near the port to buy the aforementioned? Is there somewhere near the McAllister Mall? Do Sobey's sell beer and wine? Cheers!

Per this article http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/nb-liquor-wine-sales-grocery-stores-1.3551851 , in NB beer is only sold through government NB Liquor-owned stores, as is wine with a small number of exceptions for some grocery stores that were part of a pilot project and have chosen to continue.

Your best option is to find an NB Liquor store.
