hello, I'm new

Just to say hello, I am new to DIS and myself and DD are coming over on 2nd August, staying at the Hyatt Regency for 4 weeks. We have been to Anaheim before, but stayed at Radisson Maingate which was very nice, but we wanted a change of hotel. Have we made a good choice?
Also last time (November 2002) we ate breakfast at the Hansa House or the Bakers Square, are they both still there?
