Love seeing all those photos!!! Jessica I would have never known that was you (the hair color didn't throw me off)........some people look just like they did as a kid.......I would have to say you changed some.

Morning everyone!!! Woke up to being 3 days away!! The rain & wind last night were terrible & spent a lot of the night listening to it instead of sleeping. Woke up this morning to find everyone's garbage blown all over our street........it never fails to be windy the night before garbage pick-up. Such a mess on Mondays......yuck!!

Got to run to the craft store & get one more package of gems to finish the snack bags.....decided to bling them out a bit & ran short.

Today I'll pack all the non-clothes items......that will take an entire suitcase as I'm bringing the bags, door sign, name tags, a few containers to use on the snack table & all the bling for the scavy hunt for my team. Can't forget to pack the tiara!! It will be nice to have the entire suitcase to use for souvenirs on the trip home!!! I usually pack the car to the roof with stuff & this time I'm flying.....so have to behave at the World of Disney store this trip.....lol

Have karaoke tonight with a birthday for the host......so that will be fun & help the day go by quicker!!! Just hoping the people (my friends) that have been sick all weekend are not contagious if they come tonight.....can't afford to get sick.....again!!! I did wake up all congested again & not liking it.

Jessica I'll warn you ahead of time......Mike thinks I might have sleep apnea & he says I snore......how rude!!!! I'm gonna pick up some breathe right strips & hopefully that will help with that. Don't want to be the horrid roommate that keeps everyone awake at night!

Luckily the wind is still blowing, so the garbage is leaving my yard......ridiculous!! I wish people would learn to NOT overstuff their cans.....when the lids aren't closed it just adds to the mess.

I found out some scary news just a little while ago. Dillon's sister got into an accident with her boyfriend last night and rolled her truck. They are both ok and escaped with just some cuts and bruises, thank goodness. Sounds like her truck is totaled though. We are probably going to go try and pay them a visit tonight. They are pretty shaken up. I don't blame them.

Had a good couple of hours with my friend. We did breakfast, wandered the book store and mall and talked a lot. And I didn't spend any money. Plus one for me, I suppose.

Andrea, I'm so sorry about Dillon's sister's accident. How scary. I'm glad that she and her boyfriend are OK though. I can't even imagine.

Any accident is scary.......I'm so glad they're ok....probably gonna be a bit sore. My hubby & son rolled our vehicle 2 days after Christmas in 09......looking at the vehicle I couldn't believe they weren't badly injured.

Proud of myself. I went for my first run in a while. I just haven't been in the mood to get up and run. The rain and ice cold weather hasn't helped. I finally moved on to week two (over a month after starting the C25K thing ) which was not as bad as I thought it would be.

Hey there.

Thanks for the hugs. I needed them. Even though I wasn't the one in the accident, I can't stop thinking about how close it could have been, so I am a little shaken up as well. They are so lucky they weren't more injured. They are going in to get some x-rays just to double check and make sure there's nothing broken. Courtney has a pretty sore back, so they want to make sure she didn't do any bad damage. They lost a bunch of belongings such as phones and a few other things, but those can be replaced. What a scary time for them.

I am so glad to be home and off those streets. I just went out to run a few errands and it's so bad out there. People sliding everywhere and it's soooo cold today. -21 Celsius before the wind chill. It feels like -40. Not sure what that is in Fahrenheit but it's darn cold!

On the plus side I did get some really cute Mickey sleepers on sale from Walmart today.

Great think about running: I can stop thinking for a change. Now I suppose I'll clean, do laundry, and start the packing.

Glad that running is another way to take your mind off things. I am so bad at trying to find things to keep me distracted when I'm upset about things. When it came to boys and heartbreak, all I ever did was sit and think about it. I would try to put on some music, maybe play some card games on the computer, but those were never enough of a distraction. Now those things remind me of those times and I get a bit of a depressed feeling all over again. Maroon 5 will never be the same, lol.

February has been pretty crappy, hasn't it. I have been stressed the entire month about money, but hopefully that is almost straightened out now, even if I do have to wait a little longer. Also the weather sucks. Here's to hoping March is better for all of us!

Somehow I forced myself to do it. I didn't really want to. If I hadn't gone out for breakfast this morning I don't think I would have been able to do it. I doubt I'll be able to repeat today's routine again this week. We'll see. I've been doing a ton of sitting, staring at a wall, and thinking. Enough to drive me insane, as if I'm not already driving myself insane to begin with. Wall, movie, wall, music, wall, movie, wall, wall, eat, wall, wall, movie, wall, attempt at sleeping, etc.
