Hello! I've been lurking for a while but decided to post. I'm Melissa, wife to Reed, mom to Katie (4) and we're planning our first trip to Disney as a family. I've been twice before, once with my parents when I was 11 (1987) and again when I was in college. I can't WAIT to go back! Reed has never been and I'm sure he'll love it too.

Thank you for the welcome! I'm from Disputanta (aka, ummm where?), it is about a half hour south of Richmond on 95. I'm originally from Connecticut until the Army decided to move us down here.

I figured it out the other night, when I went to Disney with my family, it was twenty years ago!!!!

Welcome to the Dis! I'm in SouthEastern Virginia. We first took our daughter to WDW two years ago when she was aged 4. If I can help you in any way, with what we'd have done differently or what worked at her age, just let me know!

Howdy, neighbor! I live in Lake Ridge! (Woodbridge). I'm actually sending DH into Occoquan tomorrow to pick up some yummy bread they have at that little bakery.

BTW: I go to that Occoquan craft festival when it's in town. Good times!
