Hi I'm Annie.
I have been to Disney one time this past March. My mom passed away the beginning of February and a couple of weeks later my dad decided he wanted to go see his sister. So we took an impromptu trip to Orlando where she lives. We had been there for a couple of days when I decided I wanted to go to Disney. My dad and I picked Epcot and went the next day. It was an amazing day for my dad and I to just get away and escape reality for a little bit. As we were walking out that night I already knew I wanted to come back, little did I know my dad was thinking the same thing. We realize that this spur of the moment is not the best way of doing things I need to do a little planning this time.
My dad and I are planning to go back January 2nd through the 7th as a last little vacation before I start grad school. My brother and his wife were going to go with us and we were going to stay at Art of Animation in a Cars suite but she just started a new job and can't get any time off. So now I'm planning again. As of now I think we are going to stay Port Orleans French Quarter but that is still up in the air. I am pretty much planning this trip on my own. My dad really doesn't care where we stay or care much for planning at all so I'm hoping to get lots of good ideas here. I have been lurking for a couple of months and have already and already found lots of good information. Can't wait to join in the conversations.
