Hi all, old and new members of this board, it's a long time since i have posted on here and even lomger since i was in DLRP last time, it was october 2010 but just a day trip with my mum as we were celebrating her 70th in Paris..

This year in July i will turn 50 scared1 and the best way to celebrate it i can think is to do that in DLRP !

I have already started checking and it looks pretty expensive in July so i wonder havee you heard of any special offer that maybe goes through an UK website? I know that in the past it's been possible to do that and anyway we can always ask Brian's brother who lives in Brighton to send us back papers if they need to be delivered to an UK address.

On another side i still have DLRP shares and i do still belong to the Shareholder Club, the only problem is they sent me the card but it never got me and they said it's not possible to get a new one and sent me a temporary paper when i seems to be close to book another holiday (but i didn't eventually) that lasted two months. Should i ask another temporary pass to book or will i just need it in July if we go?

So many questions, sorry.

I remember you, although I have changed my username so have kind of started again on here. I was around in 2008/09/early 2010 a fair bit.

We too hadn't been to DLRP for a few years (bought a money pit house!) but are lucky to be going twice this year .

Re offers, there is up to 40% off on the UK site now if you try that.... Not all dates but you might be lucky.

Can't help on shareholders club as not a member. Decided to buy APs this year instead as we wanted to take advantage of cheaper accomodation rates which we have been able to do .

Is your shareholder membership still valid or does it need renewing? If it needs renewing soon it may be better to do that. Not sure if they will issue another temporary note.

I celebrated my 50th at DLP last year and believe me, there is no better place in the world to be on your special day. Promise me you will have a glowtini for me in Cafe Fantasia

You can book through the UK site, as DLPDreams said there is 40% off for some dates, and there will be no problem using the site. Use your own address but leave the country as UK, nothing is sent in the post, it all comes via email.

As for your shareholders card, I would email the shareholders club and see what they say.

Hi all again, thanks for your warm welcome back

My shareholder club mebership is still valid as i did renew it last year but as said the card did never arrived
Mind you we see the postman twice a week - if we're lucky - and most of the times it's messed up, for examples i often get my neighbour's post and vice versa...

Anyway it's worth to send them an email and see what they say.

On the other hand i am thinking of booking a partner hotel and not one of the *proper* Disney one, not sure which one, Dream Castle appeals me a lot but the others look good as well. Suggestions?
And which one of them do offer a cooked breakfast? Brian likes it and it would be nice for me as well.

My birthday is a monday and so i am forced to book the weekend but i suppose it will be very busy on sunday will it?? I have never been to DLRP in summer, closest was mid June and it was pretty quiet then.
So i wonder would it be better to book sunday-wedn instead of sat-tues?
Or to plan a trip to Paris town on the sunday and avoid the park??
