Welcome. I have been to Disney World so many times I feel that I am an expert, but there is so much to do and see that I am far from it. I can tell you one thing for sure: start saving for the next trip because once your children go, they will want to go back. I am not sure when the last time you were there, but there are 4 parks and each one takes AT LEAST a day (2 in my opinion). Every time I go there is something new to see or do. You probably won't see everything in one visit, but that's Ok. That's what the second trip is for. You really need to plan. Disney World is not one of those vacations where you can just wing it. You can, but you won't get to do as many of the things that are must-do's for your family. There are so many good resources out there as far as where to eat, what are the best rides for age groups, where to stay, etc. One more thing to add, if you are staying at a Resort on-site, look for specials coming out around the time you are going. Who knows, you may get lucky and get Free Dining which for my family of 4 saved us nearly $1400 in food. Have fun planning - that's part of the whole experience.
