heinz salad creme

What does it taste like? I saw it in the grocery store tonight and I might want to try it, but I don't want to buy a whole bottle and end up wasting it if I don't like it.

Hard to describe - I suppose it's a bit like mayonnaise with vinegar.

It's much tastier than mayonnaise ~ I like it on salads and in sandwiches and IMO Heinz is definitely the best brand. Is it very expensive in your store?

There are only two things I don't have salad cream on and that's soup and curry, I have it with EVERYTHING else, including roast dinners!

You should try it and if you don't like it there's probably a Brit within a 100 yards of you that will take it off your hands, hell, I fly out on Sunday and will gladly take it off your hands

Yes it's like a sharper mayonnaise.

I don't like it but it is popular over here
