Ok, what's the deal with height requirements for rides?
Every book I read states different requirements for different rides, like Kali River Rapids ranges from 38" to 44". The Birnbaum 'official disney' book and the WDW website say 38, so do you think the height requirements on the WDWebsite and the Birnbaum book are the correct ones?

Both our DS's will hopefully be 40 by the time we travel - which means they can ride so much for the first time!!!! The older of the two who will be almost 5, but a bit on the small side for his age is desperate to go on Spider-Man at IOA.
Scary thing is they'll be able to ride TOT!!!!!!!!!! Which I think the daredevil of the family, at only 4 will probably give it a try!!!!

We're actually measuring them every 2 weeks to see what progress they are making!!!! Anyone any tips on how to make little boys 'grow' taller, just in case they don't quite make the grade???

Hi :) ........ the WDW website measurements!!

Kali is 38"/97 cms.
Dinosaur 40"/102cms

(Primeval Whirl 48"/122 cms.)

If you need any others, please say.

I used to have the same problem with my younger son as he is and always has been short for his age.

I'd just like to issue a word of caution with something like RnR (which your sons won't be ready for as it is 48"!!)- since the harnesses will not fit properly on anyone less than the required height, it is taking a safety risk for them to go on the attraction.

LOL You could set up a Tudor 'wrack' - stretch the poor little chaps :) (Joking!)

Must go measure my children...on a serious note I want to be sure my two little daredevils will actually be safe on some of the rides they will want to go on - minus Mummy who's a wuss :D (and Daddy's not much better!) I realise they must have height things there - but all the same...

Is there a system whereby kids can ride with others who are made of sterner stuff to allow for saddo parents like ourselves? I'd like to hang on to my 'all-you-can-eat' buffet breakfast thanks very much LOL

...or get them some nice 70's high stack boots or a 10 Gallon Hat!

;)
