What a shame there vacation was not what they expected. Sounded like the didn't know about these boards or research Disney World cause we all know how expensive the food is. I wonder where they were that things were roped off. I don't remember seeing anything like that.

The Onion is a popular joke website with fake weekly news. It's meant to look real, but it's completely fictional (often using real people and real companies). Read some of the other articles, you'll see how they stretch the imagination. Those people aren't real at all.

Oh but thank God they weren't chased out of the parks by those vacuums which are evil incarnate, or heaven forbid, actually seeing someone paint something. And hey, they didn't complain about anything being closed. And no rankled feelings about how they have 30 less minutes to ride one more ride than they had the last time they visted 46 years ago. And they never criticized the fact that Disney has no originality and simply produces straight to video quality productions and that all the talented people have gone to work for US or SeaWorld. Wait, they didn't whine about all the plush or princess stuff available in the stores either. And no griping about Eisner?!? Hmmm, they are obviously Disney apologists who ride exclusively in car one or whatever the hell numbers are associated with that rating system. That family is a bunch of blind fools.

Hey thanks for pointing that out. My post was intended to point out that a lot of the posts dealing with the subject matter I touched on are jokes too. Hard to take some of them seriously.

Ahh so I see our views on Disney are jokes. Only your opinion matters. The problems we see with Disney are jokes becuase they do not effect you. Does that abouit sum it up correctly? We will all try to conform to your thinking and Disney views in the future.

I agree Europa but I do think that some of the posts here are kind of funny myself. There's a few that are rather hilarious on this very thread in fact.

Seriously, when did expressing a viewpoint become such a bad thing? I respect everyone's opinion if presented in an intelligent way and I can't understand why some feel the need to criticize those with different viewpoints.

I just thought the original article was funny because it was satirical in nature. Nice to see The Onion giving Disney a work-over. The validity behind it or lack thereof is moot to me.

I fail to see where I said only my opinion matters nor do I see where that would reasonably be assumed by a reader. If you are so threatened by someone who doesn't agree with your line of thinking perhaps you should take a deep breath and not post on occasion. My posts were simply my take on some of the other posts I have read. And yes, I do feel that some of them are jokes. If that bothers you that on occasion I feel your opinion is not correct, that is something for you to address. I never said you shouldn't or couldn't express your feelings. You certainly don't hold back taking personal shots at posters when you don't agree with them. Don't criticize me for saying I believe someone's opinions do not have merit. You have a right to express them and I don't think any less of you as an individual when I disagree.
