I would like to request a couple designs to print and transfer. Could someone please tell me what's the board etiquette for this? Do I just post to the board in general or to someone specific?

If you see something specific you want customized, then post in the thread where you saw it or in the designers thread or you can pm the designer directly. If after searching, you aren't finding what you are looking form then you can post in the general board and ask.
