Hedging my bets for later day FP+

I'm planning for a Sept 6-10 last minute trip, and making a touring plan.

Is there a site somewhere that can help educate me on what Fp+ rides are available same day, late day to better know how to organize my day?

I'm thinking if FP+ are usually available for late afternoon for, say, Under the Sea, then that one will go at the bottom of the list.

Easywdw and others are showing this week as a super low crowd week but that has proven to be a laughable calculation on practically every trip I've taken since 2011. Hopefully, this time, I can really see what a 1 or 2 day looks like!
