Heathrow T3

We are flying with Virgin to Miami next year from Heathrow. What's the Duty-free shopping like out of T3 ? We have previously always flown from Gatwick to MCO, so this will be a new experience for us.

I travel a lot for work, and to be honest T3 is my least favourite terminal at Heathrow, but for shopping its not bad -

There's a full list here so you can check to see if your faves are there, but they do of course have the standard airport duty free shop with all the usual items... and a decent set of restaurants for breakfast too.

I used to work at Heathow -T3 isn't the best for shopping as there's a big focus on designer stores whereas Gatwick has more of a mixture. The World Duty Free store is big and has a good range of makeup, perfumes, sweets, booze etc.

It's has a few nice restaurants like Strada which are good for passing the time!

Unless you're looking for something out of the ordinary, T3 has plenty of duty free - makeup, perfumes and aftershaves, liquor etc. Personally I like T3...
