heathrow hotel

Can anybody tell me which heathrow hotel to stay at, as close to the airport as poss. not the hilton thats way out of our budget, its over £200 with parking.

We really liked the Renaissance and the Marriott. I know that the Holiday Inns (3 at Heathrow) do good rates and also the Premier Lodges(2 at Heathrow).

We've booked a room plus secure parking at Heathrow for £86. We're staying at the Comfort Inn because with their deal you drive yourself to the carpark at Heathrow and we need to do this as our flight leaves before the hotel shuttle bus begins (early!!) There were other better hotels to choose from and all at excellent rates inc. parking.

I work for the contractor who built the newest Travel Inn at Heathrow and was down there visiting the other day. They were offering family rooms from £80.00 it's very near to terminals 1,2 and 3. It's a lovely hotel with everything you would need for a nightly stay.

I would recommend it.
