Heather exemplifies the can do attitude of how cast members bring sunshine into guests lives. She raises the bar of the Disney standards just a little higher and is an example for all of us. We are truly fortunate to have met her and Disney is blessed to have her on the team. We had a small challenge with a couple of items shipped to us in California from the Character Warehouse at the Beltz outlet in Orlando.
