Heath Ledger Found Dead!

Heath Ledger passed away on Tuesday, sources reveal.
Details are currently very hazy but it is believed he died of a drug overdose.
His body was found at an apartment on Broome Street in manhattan.

At 3:31 p.m., a masseuse arrived at Apartment 5A in the building for an appointment with Mr. Ledger, the police said. The masseuse was let in to the home by a housekeeper, who then knocked on the door of Mr. Ledger’s bedroom. When no one answered, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened the bedroom and found Mr. Ledger unconscious. They shook him, but he did not respond. They immediately called the authorities. The police said they did not suspect foul play and said they found pills near body.

He was in full cardiac arrest when the paramedics arrived at the scene. They tried to use CPR but he was unresponsive. This is indeed a sad tragedy, but in his lifetime he has made many of wonderful movies (10 things I hate about you being one of my favorite he was in). Luckily, the new Batman movie Dark Knight is in post-production, so they are already done filming. So in an essence he will go out with a "bang" on the big screen, as his role as the Joker has some pretty spectacular hype. RIP Heath, and my heart goes out to your family, and little 2 year old girl.

How terrible, another young talent gone because of drugs.

The article I read said that he was having trouble sleeping and the pills they found were sleeping pills. They think he took too many...either way, what a terrible waste of life. I am a fan of his.
