Pop Century discount with this Spring offer?

I noticed that a Pop Century stanard room was available this week with a 10% discount, excluding weekends, with that Spring offer I think. I was just wondering if that was the discount amount from the get go, or was it when it was first released, say 15%?

I think the %-off may be different for different dates but doesn't typically change for the same dates/same resort/same view.

I wondered if maybe the discount was cut some as rooms started filling up. Or is that now a thing at all with Disney?

I don't believe WDW does pricing in that manner.
