I've read an old thread that the pools are heated in winter. I'm planning a trip the second week of December and wondered what temp the pools are heated to. Is it comfortable to swim or is the water still chilly? Trying to decide if I should bother packing the swim suits. :)

They are heated and my kids swim in them every time. :thumbsup2 Even in December and even in February. I can't say the exact temp though but you can swim and they tell me it is warm.

I would def pack swim suits. It totally depends on each years particular weather pattern but there's a good chance you'll be able to swim at least one day of a mid December trip. And remember they do have hot tubs. If it's a little too chilly for a swim even in the heated pool the hot tub still feels great after a day walking around the parks.

We swim even if it's freezing. And I'm being *this* close to literal there.

It's horrible getting out of the pool when it's 40 degrees, but it's lovely when you're in the heated water!

Thanks everyone for the feedback! Swimsuits will definitely be packed. :)
