Plan on the fact now, that you will not be able to do/or see as much as you did during the winter months. My husband is very heat sensitive and usually wears a sweat band around his head (like a tennis player), and takes a towel in his pocket . Water, water everywhere! As others have said do not allow yourself to become dehydrated! Nothing will ruin a disney trip more than a trip to the ER. Eat smaller, lighter meals (I find that if I avoid dairy and refined sugary snacks I feel a lot better). I would not drink from the fountains, your stomach may be more sensitive to the heavy sulphur infusion.
Several attractions are relaxing from the heat. Here are some suggestions:
MK-Hall of Presidents, Main St. cinema (DH likes to camp out there while the rest of us move on), Exposition Hall (the Kodak place), Pirates of the Carib, Haunted Mansion, Carosel of Prgress
Epcot-Ellen's Universe of Energy (getting ready for refurbishment?), The Land, Mexico Boat Ride, Maelstrom
Studios-Great Movie Ride, Muppets 3-D, The Walt Disney Story
Animal Kingdom-Not sure! Except for Countdown to Extinction Ride (scary)
