Heat, Humidity, and Our Favorite Disney Dog Was a Thug! LINK TO NEW PTR!!

A Mystery Cont.

During our wanderings, I did grab a few pictures in the nightclub area as I was quickly realizing that I was never going to get back here during the actual evenings. I think this is Skyline:

And The Tube:

La Piazza:

I finally found Ooh La La, which I think I really would have enjoyed.

Soon we got back to the game, however.

We really did have a lot of fun with this. We did eventually solve our mystery (although we were pretty bad at it ).

I’m not sure where this was :confused3, but isn’t it cute?!

That blanket is so cute! Good work! :thumbsup2

The game sounds like fun. I bet it would be a good way to see parts of the ships that you otherwise wouldn't see.

How fun -- and a great way to see different areas of the ship!! I have a feeling we'll be missing out on night-time visits to the clubs/lounges -- but I'd love to sip some champagne in that last one! :thumbsup2

It was a great trip! There are definitely a lot of great places to visit here, but I know it's hard to branch out when you already have such favorites. ::yes::
Just like you guys coming here and only visiting London ::yes::

The detective game sounds cool and a good way to see different parts of the ship :thumbsup2

I have been reading I promise, I just got beind in my commenting!

Love the new sewing projects!

Your spring break trip looks like loads of fun!
The cruise mystery looks like fun and a great way to see the whole ship!

The mystery game looks like a lot of fun. Sort of Phineas and Ferb/Kim Possible mystery. But this looks to be more fun than that.

That blue water looks soooo inviting. Especially right about now. This weather not warming up is really getting to me. Our trees still look like a bunch of sticks and May is just a couple of days away. At least the grass is finally green.

Your side projects are very cute! Willow is one lucky little girl.

That water is just gorgeous :lovestruc

The mystery looks so cool! I love all the information about the villains.

All the bars/clubs look beautiful! La Piazza looks especially stunning.

Thanks!!! I was really happy with the way that one came out - I was scared with all the little separate stripe pieces.

It definitely was - it was fun to explore the ship like that but have something to keep Willow interested as well.

No worries - I have been so behind in updating and in commenting on others' TRs. It's hard to stay up to date around here!

Love the new sewing projects!
Thanks!!! They were a lot of fun to make.

More Pool Time

Tuesday, August 20, 2013
Sunrise: 6:33AM
Sunset: 7:14PM
Port: Costa Maya, Mexico
Evening Attire: Cruise Casual
All Ashore: 1:00PM
All Aboard: 5:30PM
Tuesday: Overcast, High of 82
Wednesday: Partly Cloudy, High of 84

When we finished detecting, Willow felt like going for a swim, so that’s what we did! We went back to the stateroom so she could change, and we sunscreened up! We were back at the Donald Pool by 3:20.

This was a great afternoon! Tangled was on Funnel Vision:

So I watched some of the movie, enjoyed my book, chatted with a neighbor. So relaxing!

The pool looked too crowded for me, but Willow didn’t mind at all.

She had a great time and, as usual, made a friend to play with.

A few drops of rain rolled in, but rolled out very quickly - was’t raining long enough to even cause us to move.

At about 5:30, we left the pool so that Willow would have enough time to shower before tonight’s show. We tried going to the front elevators this time to avoid walking through Cabanas, but then we had to walk through the adults-only pool area, so that probably wasn’t a great idea either. This was really the only design flaw we found in the Fantasy. A few shots of the view and the adult area as we zipped quietly through. ;)

Looks like a perfect pool afternoon!

I agree with you though, a crowded pool is not super appealing!!

Love the pool update! Reading more about cruising and seeing all of the pictures is making me want to take a cruise next year. My best friend and her family just came back from a cruise and Olivia saw the pictures and is now demanding we do a cruise next year. I found it kind of funny because before she was set on not taking one.

Can't wait to read more. I've been showing Olivia several of the pictures to get her used to the idea of cruising.

Your Oregon trip looks like it was fun! All the food looks delicious - a donut covered in M&M's? Can't go wrong with that ;)

The mystery looks really neat! Do you think it's something two adults (that are big kids at heart) would have fun doing on their own, or is it really directed more at children?

I'm reading another TR of someone aboard the Fantasy and it's kind of neat because they're almost opposite TR's - they are on their honeymoon and spending all of their time in those lounges and stuff that you posted a few pics of, like Ooh La La. I love getting to see so much of the ship through these two TR's!

That mystery activity sounds like so much fun!!!! The more I read this report, the more I want to cruise........I just think that I would be .........:confused3

Loving your trip report! I am a year and half from my 40th birthday and I just told DH that 5 days of WDW followed by the Fantasy sounds like the right gift!! Thanks to your trip report.

Love the baby blanket! So cute! When my sister decides on a nursery theme, I'll have to order one.

Looks like y'all were having a fun but relaxed day!

I love the Detective Agency game. It's really cute & fun. We've solved all 3 cases now so I'll be curious if Reid still wants to do it next summer.

Costa Maya did have the most beautiful water, right? I could've just stared at it all day. I'm glad we didn't get off there though. The family members that did had a horrible excursion. To the point where they complained to Disney. And I heard another man complaining at Guest Services about their excursion there also.

We always used the front elevators since our cabin was forward. I also hate that you have to walk thru the adult area. I just told Reid to be quiet and we walked fast. LOL!
