I bought one of the navy blue pullover windbreakers on the Dream this past weekend. I distinctly remember re-folding it into it's pouch, and packing it before putting our suitcases out for pickup Saturday night.
It's gone.
Somehow between being packed & put out for pickup and getting home & unpacking, it disappeared.
What can I do? Is there a way to contact Disney and get it replaced? It only cost $16, but this was my first cruise and that jacket has sentimental value for me.

The worst they can say is "Sorry...your loss", the best outcome would be they send you a new one. My DS left a toy gun in the stateroom that we had purchased in Mickeys Mates. We didn't realize until we got home. I called DCL and they gladly sent me a replacement. 
Makes my day!!! You guys rock!
