DVC Website Issues on IPhone

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone is having the same issue I’m having with the DVC site when using IPhone.

When doing a search for dates lately… if my dates are not available, and I press Refresh - instead of refreshing the inventory - it makes me reenter my search terms. It happens every time. Does this happen to anyone else when searching on IPhone? Thanks!
 
Yup, and additionally I can only get results in private browsing.
Thanks for the reply. I did contact them through the website and attached a screen recording. Waiting for a reply. It’s getting so frustrating.
 
I have this problem on my MacBook and iPhone, I messaged them but they weren't helpful so I gave up. Just gonna keep using private browsing.
 

I did. Downloaded Chrome. Tried with and without Incognito. Same issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Yup same thing, I used two alternative browsers, removed private relay, cleared cache and cookies, reduced all browsing protections, allow ad tracking, allow javascript.

Basically allow everything I could find in general and browser-specific settings. And its not my ISP firewalls either cause same problem when I’m on mobile internet or other public wifi outside of home.

Nothing worked.

Hard reset the phone too.

This is literally the only website that doesn’t work and I bank with several financial institutions.
 
Same with me and it drives me nuts because it worked properly for years and then about 6 months ago refresh stopped working on iPhone.

Thanks for replying. Yes! It worked fine, then only worked when modifying, now refreshing doesn’t work at all. Please voice your concerns. I called and sent my concern through the DVC site. It’s so frustrating.
 
Has anyone called regarding this issue? I just called again and was told there’s no known issues with iPhone. So frustrating. Not sure what to do.

I recommend downloading a browser called “Zoomable” on iOS. It lets you zoom out and use webpages more like you would on a laptop or desktop.

I have tried multiple times to do what you are describing with standard iOS browsers, even when requesting the desktop version of the site, but it does not work properly. Zoomable has been reliable for me. I just tested it on the DVC website and it refreshed the results without requiring me to reenter any parameters.

It didn’t work! As soon as I refresh, it goes right back to search. Thank you, though.
 
Did you zoom out far enough that it looked like the desktop version of the DVC website?
Yes, it looked like a desktop site.

Just to add, I just downloaded another web browser and it didn’t work on there either. I’m not sure if there’s something on my phone that is preventing me from refreshing it. Not sure what though. It can’t be my account because it works if I refresh on a laptop.

I cleared cache, shut off content blockers, went in incognito…. Etc.

UGH I am sorry! That one seemed to work for me. I will see if I can play around with my settings a bit. Definitely not isolated to just you. I can't in Safari, Chrome, or FireFox either 🙄

It’s my iPhone too, so I think it’s iPhone. I just got a new one too and it doesn’t work on that one either.

Thanks for replying. The CM I spoke to yesterday made it seem as if it was just my phone and not their issue. If everyone starts reporting their issues, maybe they will actually look into it.
