Heart healthy food at WDW

Can almost guess this answer having eaten in most venues at WDW, but are there any heart healthy (read that as low sodium) meals in WDW?

Doc wants me on a low sodium diet ( read that as Purgatory) and I need to figure out if i can request low sodium food or not.

There are plenty of choices at table service locations. For counter service, I would think most places would have at least one item, it's just a matter of whether you want that. I would definitely ask your question over on the main dining boards and also look at menus online before you go. Staying DVC can also help since you can eat in the room, or keep food that works and take some with you into the parks if needed.
