Hearing Aid battery deal!!!

Went to CVS today and happened to catch a great deal on hearing aid batteries!

8 packs of Duracell hearing aid batteries are buy one get one free. They are $8.99 each. If you spend, $20 on Duracell products you get a $15 Extra Care Bucks (for a future purchase).

In addition, when I walked in the store, I scanned my card on the little machine and got a $5 off $20 or $25 purchase. Not sure if everyone would get this or if I was just due one.

So it went like this.
6 packs of batteries (3 for $8.99, 3 for free) $26.97 before tax. With coupon dropped down to $21.97 before tax with a $15 ECB for future purchase.

I am pretty happy.

Keep an eye out for the $5 off 2 packs of Duracell batteries too. They're on a tearpad on the battery display usually.

Thank you sooooo much for this post. My sons Ba Ha's rip through batteries compared to his old hearing aides. I'm always on the lookout for a good sale.

Yes, the two packs were around $15 or $16 and not included in the BOGO (as far as I could see). So this time around the 8 packs were the better deal.

Of course I was in a hurry and may have this info wrong, but this is what it looked like to me.

Thanks for the tip on the coupon. I will have to keep an eye out.

For me, this deal was too good to pass up. I will probably have family go buy more because they are good until 2012. I try to stock up when I get bargains and wouldn't you know, I am on the last package of my stash.

This is a great deal - my dad's hearing aids eat the batteries, I think! I notice CVS runs this sale about every 3 weeks, so don't worry about stocking up too much...they'll have the same sale again soon.

That is what makes it a killer deal, IMO.

Wow! That is a great deal. DD goes through hearing aid batteries quickly. I wish we had a CVS here!

Awesome! I've also heard Costco (and the like) have good deals if you buy batteries in bulk. I always recommend a brand name battery...you never know with brand X
