I thought WLV was just sold out, and never expected the wait to be this long for December use year.

I think (correct me if I wrong Doc) - but it because this could be the points that they brought from members - if this is - then the points for 2003 are probably gone - and DVC likes to sale even add ons with useable points NOW. Does that make sense?

We just closed on a very small add-on 29 points, with a March use year. Not sure about December. Only had to wait about 2 weeks.

Boy am I lucky! First off, I have a Feb use year, so I was able to get the points I want, and I didn't drag my feet on this one!!! It helped that we were at WDW in mid-Feb and DH "decided" we always need a one bedroom. So, we took the BCV tour again, and at first we were going to add the points at BCV. But we decided that 50 points wasn't enough at BCV, and didn't want to deal with banking/borrowing and also moving. So, we decided to do the add-on only at VWL, since all our points are there. And there were points left!!! Now, we have enough for a one bedroom for a whole week, once a year. So, if we want to stay somewhere else, we'll use the 7th month window. We are going to start driving down, since we'll also visit family, so we can be pretty flexible with our dates!!! I hope you don't have to wait that long!!!!
