Healthy Hotel Room Breakfast Question

I'm now on meds for diabetes and blood pressure but am going to WDW in a few weeks. I just started doing Weight Watchers again as well since I'm over 258 pounds. I used to just eat canned meat spread and crackers or ramen for breakfast in the hotel room but I think I need a change.

Does anyone have any ideas for a good, healthy breakfast that doesn't have to be refrigerated and I can eat in the room? We're at POFQ but I didn't want to have to buy food everyday since we're on a tight budget this time. We're only a few hours away so we drive. I have a small cooler and I know there's a fridge in the room but I'd like to buy some things in advance so I can start my packing and sale watching now.

Vita muffins (usually found in the freezer section)- very low point
Oatmeal- use the coffee pot to get boiling water
WW breakfast bars (or any low point type)

Buy fruit right before you leave and have a banana or apple
String cheese is always good too

Last year, I found little bowls of Kashi cereal at the grocery store and took those. At the food court I would buy a kid's meal which came with milk for either supper or lunch. I'd save the milk until the next day for my breakfast. I also stayed at POFQ so I had a refrig.

I like getting the kids meal because they're a smaller size (portion control) and they also save me money!

I also packed bananas and bagels.

Oatmeal, Fiber1Bars, Peanut Butter, if you a fridge, I would bring chicken or turkey from home. Arnold's pita, splurge if you can and get some WW bagles, WW cream cheese.

To anyone interested in the as seen on tv FULLBAR i purchased my first box from GNC today. My current weight is 281 pounds my height is 6'3.I need to lose 61 lbs:,I joined a weightloss contest at work its 3 months in duration,I will post my thoughts on FULLBAR and hopefull weightloss back to you all on friday,Feb the 20th

Bananas, oatmeal, Ezekial bread with natural peanut butter...love hearing everyone else's suggestions too!

I agree with everyone else on here too! string cheese, the single servings of cereal (where you can just add milk to the container), yogurt and granola (since you have a fridge!) or yogurt and put crunchy cereal in it. Granola bars (the quaker ones are 2 points each)... the natures valley bars are 4 points for the package (the pb ones are..not sure about the others). whole wheat bread and pb sandwiches are yummy.... hmm... hummus and crackers/bread? the baby bell light cheese rounds are 1 pt too. :)

individual applesauce, fiberone bars, fresh fruit, cold cereal w/milk, whole wheat bagels w/peanut butter, oatmeal, cheese sticks, yogurt,

For my march trip - I'm planning to bring packets of Plain oatmeal and going to the foodcourt to get a piece of fruit or fruit and possibly a hard boiled egg (heard they had this prepackaged at some of the food courts.
