Healthy eating kids.

My DD eats her share of junk but she LOVES fruit and will choose that over just about anything. Sometimes I have to hold back though because she needs to eat a variety of foods.

You might want to rethink the diet soda drinking. Soda is not good in general but no one knows what artificial sweeteners might do to a child. Most places have juice or even lemonade if she's not much of a milk or water drinker.
 
My kids have their favorite fruits and veggies. My DD who is 3 loves getting a banana when we go to the supermarket. We buy that first and then do our shopping. She also drinks a lot of water - she's such a girl. ;) I also love that a lot of the fast food places/etc are now offereing an alternate to fries - they get the yogurt at Wendy's andthe apples at McD's, and now Johnny Rockets has a carrots and celery choice. But at the cafe in town they always order the cheesy fries with bacon - can't be healthy all the time!!
