Are there any TS locations that feature a healthy breakfast? I know a lot of stuff is buffet, or waffles, or pancakes...I was thinking like fresh made gourmet egg white omlettes, fruit and granola parfaits, etc.

Check out the Wave at the Contemporary...it is supposed to be a healthier alternative to other places.

We always grab fruit at the CS places and they do have yogurts as well.

Cape May Cafe did have an entire fruit and yogurt bar, but I've heard that they took some of it out, so I'm not entorely sure about it. They also have things like asparagus on their breakfast buffet.

OMG the best healthy table service b'fast was at Cindy's table - this yogurt/fresh fruit/granola bowl that was the best WDW b'fast I've ever tasted. Hefty price tag tho' ;) Whatever you do don't get the Tonga Toast....holy fried-sugariness...blood sugar went through the roof with that one!
It's hard to find healthy options at many meals, and the kid's meals are the worst. After a week at Disney I'm surprised my daughters don't physically morph into bowls of mac-n-cheese. Oh well. It's still the best place on earth! :goodvibes

At most of the buffet place you can find yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. i think sitdowns could accomadate an egg white request.

Bomas ROCKS!

They have omelets made to order station, lots of fresh fruits, yogurt and grains. Wonderful juice!

Buffet doesn't = unhealthy. Gluttony = unhealthy.

Well, even if people are sick of me recommending this one, I'll again give my opinion that Crystal Palace is the best bkfst. place. You can eat very healthy there...and get to see Pooh & Co.

They have a ton of fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, dry cereals and whole grain breads. I know they have an omelet station, but since I try and avoid eggs I can't say for sure if an egg white omelet is an option. You could call DD or even the restaurant itself and ask them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. I know I try and eat healthy and I always leave there very full but not from crap food.

I agree!!!!!!!!!!I love Cp.

Yea the only park that we are go to is Epcot. The other couple of days we will be staying at the SSR and DTD. We also do not have a car and don't want to waste a lot of pool time taking buses all over. Looks like we'll just bring granola and yogurt or something. What services are there for ordering food to be at the resort when we arrive, like fresh fruits and yogurts?
