Hi!
So I'm trying to become more healthier because my body is changing and I'm definatly gaining weight! I've always had a high metabolism and nothing has effected me until now! But I'm still skinny, so I was wondering what all you guys do to be healthy?

I eat relatively healthy, so I guess I can help.

To just stay at your best, I suggest eating 'clean'. Basically, cutting out processed foods from your diet, and filling them with whole foods instead. Like veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, etc -- and leaving things like sugary cereal, sugary granola bars, artificial sweeteners (things you might think are okay on a diet) behind.

You should focus on maintaining your weight and being healthy instead of losing weight, and there's a big difference.

Also, exercise is very important. If you don't do any now, you should start slow and work your way up. Basically, get off your couch and just do something!

Hope I helped. I've only been doing this whole 'healthy' thing since May.

:)

I lost a lot of weight about a year ago, and I'm very into health! I usually do an hour of exercise a day, I don't eat any fried foods, no soda, I cut out sugar and salt when possibe. (As in, no salt in my eggs, things like that.) I eat wheat bread, salads, if I have cereal it's fiber one, kashi very healthy things.

I drink TONS of green tea and water. I do yoga pretty often, and everytime I eat out it's either subway or I pick some kind of salad. (Even some of those aren't very healthy, it's better than most of that stuff.) Also, make sure you get plenty of sleep. I try to get 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep, any less and I'm incredibly tired. I love being healthy, I'm much happier.

k first... love the sig, it's my birth date! :goodvibes ... well not the 2009 part ;)
second, congrats on making a concious decision to do this, good for you! :thumbsup2
third, my two cents aren't worth much but i'd have to agree with BabyPiglet... focus on being healthy, the rest will come naturally :)
