Going on an extended 2 week trip soon and looking for some healthier entrees in the parks/resorts. We love dining at Disney but have found that when we're there for longer, we definitely start to feel all the Casey's hotdogs slowing us down haha. So what are your go-to healthier meals at disney? can be sit down or quick service, thanks! :)

Thinking "healthy" usually makes me think of entree salads. My favorite used to be the Colony Salad at LTT, either with or without the chicken, but sadly you can no longer order just that. I LOVED the Salad Sampler at Sanaa. There was a Greek Salad at Primo Plato I enjoyed. Unfortunately I wasn't too fond of the Cobb salad at Hollywood Brown Derby, but that was because I expected more blue cheese.

Most QS locations have at least one "healthier" option whether it be some sort of grilled chicken or a salad. If you don't have a huge appetite you can also look for the Disney Check Kids Meals, they are intended to be healthier than the regular kids meals.

For counter service I tend to get meatless salads at any counter service that has them. I also like the veggie rice bowl at Pecos Bill. I do eat meat...just tend to have that once a day usually at a table service meal.

For us it's avoiding big heavy (carb heavy) meals. We did split some table service meals, ordering a second salad if needed. We avoided a lot of the Disney snacks and brought our own, though we'd have something every day as a treat but not numerous times. Our mornings we'd get an omelette, then something like the Southwest Salad with Pork Carnitas from Peco's Bills. For dinner it varied but we'd avoid things like pasta. Try to alternate heavy meals if you want them something like every 3rd day, etc. As you know you will do a lot of walking so do make sure you're getting a good balance, last thing for us was avoiding eating late meals. Good luck!

Believe it or not, a lot of kids meals come with really healthy options for sides. I’m talking fruit and veggies and applesauce as opposed to fries.

Columbia Harbour House would be my vote for QS at MK. Satuli Canteen would be my vote for QS for AK. Galaxys Edge at DHS has a lot of good healthy options. EPCOT has a plethora as well depending on where you go.
also everywhere has lots of vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options

every restaurant now has some kind of plant-based option (apparently vegan). Not sure if those are actually healthier though.

I second all of this.

Columbia Harbour House is our go-to place at MK for a good healthy meal.
