I was watching a Adam Hattan vlog and he was filling out the Health Questionnaire and he was saying that the questionnaire was asking about diarrhea and vomiting. Are there more questions that he didn’t talk about because he cut to a different scene?

I have never been on a Disney cruise. Are the questions he was talking about, the questions that Disney asked pre-pandemic? Pre-pandemic were those questions asked at the port instead of in the app?

When we went in March the questions that we answered the day of boarding asked if anyone in our party had vomiting, diarrhea, and/or fever combined with other
symptoms such as sore throat, coughing, etc.

They've asked these same questions since our first cruise on DCL in 2000 and probably virtually the same on all cruise lines. Only on our Jan 2020 cruise did they ask an additional question about whether you'd also visited China recently (and presumably they asked additional ones during the pandemic). And, yes, you were always asked to fill in a form as you checked in at the port. It's only recently that they've done it online which is way more convenient than trying to find a pen and juggle a piece of paper while holding your documents and carry-on bag.

We were asked three questions a few weeks ago when we did our health questionnaire for the Magic. The first was about symptoms of respiratory virus, the second was about symptoms of gastrointestinal virus, and the third was about if anyone in the party was more than 24 weeks pregnant. That was all.

We have always done a health questionnaire. It used to be done in the terminal on paper and now you will receive an email in the morning of.

They have always done this. I know because 3 days before my first cruise in 2015 I had gotten sick on the plane on the way to Florida. By the day of the cruise I was feeling fine, but at the check in desk they called a nurse and I had to talk to her on the phone about my symptoms and timeframe and everything. She thankfully cleared me to sail.
