Since you are already covered as if Nov 7th, ask your pharmacy if you pay OOP for your prescription when you get them refilled, can they do an adjustment for you when everything goes through. When my dh switched job early last year, the same thing happened to us. I paid OOP and my pharmacist said if I come back with the receipt after the insurance go through, she would do an adjustment and she did. Definitely quicker than filing a claim for it. So I would ask them.
