Health club and spa facilities at the YC/BC

We are staying at the Beach Club Villas over Christmas and as we know it is going to be busy we are planning on spending some time relaxing around the resort. I was thinking of booking a massage at the health club and spending some time in the sauna, steam room etc.
Does anyone know where I can find more info on this? I would like to know what treatments are available (I have just read that is says massages by appointment), what the spa hours are and if they are open on Christmas day. I have read info on the spas at the GF and SS but I really want to stay around the resort.

and scroll through the offerings and then all the way to the bottom of the page. You will see Yacht and Beach Club and Ship Shape is their fitness ceneter. It gives the phone number.

If you really want a luxurious spa treatment, go over to Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. Very nice.
