for anyone about to travel, if your lucky enough to be getting the early morning breakfast at harry potter and early access to the ride, try and avoid a friday right at the moment as the park opens to the public at 8AM at the moment and gives you an hour less access to ride before the public get in, just keep an eye on the opening times.

secondly if you`ve already gone on the ride and on a 2nd visit and are now planning to do the rest, because harry potter is ram jammed with people you can go round and round on the hulk,spiderman etc or go straight to universal and fly around on all the rides untill at least 10 O`clock while everyone is pre occupied with harry potter,

thirdly if all you want from Ollivanders is one of the special wands and not that bothered about queing up for about an hour or more just to see a demonstration of the wands(if you are stand to the right of the door as he seems to always pick someone from there to use) just go around the back as if you are going on dueling dragons and enter the shop from the back door to choose your very own special wandand avoid the line

Also dont take a bag as then you can whizz past all of the people waiting for lockers on the HP ride !

No, the lockers are by the ride, and as another person has quoted, if you don`t have a bag to put into the locker you will skip past loads of people that are waiting for an availlable locker to put their bags in, now back to ollivanders, the door to skip the wand demonstration is around the back of the shop, you just follow the walkway to go on duelling dragons, in the shop they sell specialist wands and the character wands such as Harry`s etc, if you want one of the character wands then there is no need to go in ollivanders at all you can buy them in lots of places.
