heading to wdw after disembarking

We are cruising next week on the Wonder (3 day). We have early seating and I am wondering about the time getting to the parks from the ship. We will be leaving our car at the Radisson, so will need to get luggage and then pick up the car. We'll drive directly to WDW from there. It will Sunday morning. Should we check into our resort first and then head for MGM. What time do you think we'll actually get there?

Figure about an hour for the trip from the port to WDW.
We checked into our hotel 1st so our stuff wasn't sitting in the car all day (they'll hold your luggage for you at the hotel) but weren't actually allowed into the room yet. They gave us a card at the front desk with a number to call to check if our room was ready yet.

This past June we took the Cruise bus to POR and arrived by 10:30 am. Our room was already available (!!) and we unpacked and were in the park by 12 noon with a fast pass for Rockin' roller coaster! Have fun!

We got of the Magic on 10/5. We had second seating for breakfast (8am), and were some of the last off the ship. We were on the monorail at the transportation and ticket center by 11am. This included the time to get off the ship, collect our luggage, reload the rental car, stop at a grocery store and a Krispy Kreme, slather four kids with sunblack in the MK parking lot, and repack some bags in the parking lot.
