You don't mention whether or not you have been during that time of the year before. If not, let me assure you that it is the best time possible. The hurricanes are done, the Christmas decorations are out, the weather is perfect, and the Christmas crowds haven't started yet.

I was there the same time in December of 2014. I agree that is as close to the perfect time as I can imagine (crowds, weather, lights, etc). Now just have to get my motorhome out of the shop and pay for the vacation...........

We will be at Fort Wilderness during that time as well 1st time camping at Fort Wilderness and we are very excited!!

We love DW November thru early Dec. Saturday after Thanksgiving - Small crowds & the weather was perfect!! If you are lucky & no Grumpy H., might be in the Christmas show. They film it the week-end after Thanksgiving.
